Afritunes Week 149—SO BEAUTIFUL ASA(acoustic cover)

A huge Hello to all you beautiful souls on this platform.

This is Afritunes week 149 and for this week's performance, I am going to be performing a timeless classic by the one and only ASA titled So Beautiful. I say one and only because ASA is truly in a class of her own. There is really no Nigerian artist that really sounds like her. Her style is as unique as can be and I love everything about her and her songs.

I have listened to multiple entries by other musicians this week, and I am floored by the immense talent that Hive is now hosting and giving an audience.

So Beautiful is a song that praises mothers and motherhood, and I have to tell you they really do deserve that praise and much more. The song talks talks about how mothers endure hardships and overcome an assorted array of challenges, earning them a special kind of love that is simply beautiful.

Personally, I love my mother so much, as I am sure most people do. And not only do I love her, I have come to love her more and more as I have gotten older. My one prayer is that both my mom and dad live long enough in good health to adequately and comfortably reap the fruits of their labour on their children.
