And just as you read, it is the first time I see a child doing this sport, and that motivates me greatly to share this knowledge with children who make life in my ARTISTA academy. In the image we can see Julian training the front hit with the racquet, and in the audiovisual resource you can enjoy what was his training session with Professor Hurtado.
After the training we interacted with Julian and his dad Jhon, where we talked about the characteristics of Fronton's equipment for children. It is worth noting that the racquet Julian uses is the smallest within the official sizes, that is, an adult can use it, but for reasons of the grip it would not be comfortable.
Also Mr. Jhon tells us about the benefits of practicing Fronton in children, so I recommend you to watch this interview. And in this wave of interacting with the experts of this sport, we approached Professor Hurtado who tells us a little about his career in Fronton, and explains the most important curiosities of the process of inflating the black ball.
I find it quite curious that such a small ball has to be inflated. Finally, at the end of this round of interactions, we enjoyed a spectacular fronton exhibition by athletes Nelo and Paul. After the match, Mr. Paul explained to us how important physical conditioning is to withstand a Fronton match at its best, the importance of frequent jogging, the key to strengthening the legs.
For his part, young Nelo explains the rest periods in the middle of a match. He tells us that for each set the player can request a 01 minute break, and in that short time, rest and organize his thoughts on how he is handling the match.
Also with the idea of learning from the experts the young Nelo explains the technique to achieve a very aggressive serve, and discomfort the opponent from the first change that begins to dispute the point. Super grateful for the welcome given in the visit to the Juuan Pablo Park and long live the Peruvian Fronton.
