Reviewing the Vision of FECA

Sunday was really a fun filled day for me as i had the opportunity to meet with my fellow team mates after a long time..

Although i missed my lectures, it was an awesome experience seeing the very people i began my christian journey with. One beautiful thing about this guys is that they know how to set your passion and hunger all right again for God. I was given an opportunity to share a few thoughts on our vision with the house. The vision is taken from Isaiah 61:4 and 58:12 respectively. The both verses of the scripture says the same thing even though it was spoken by the Prophet Isaiah at different times.

Isaiah 61:4 And they shall build the old wastes, they shall raise up the former desolations, and they shall repair the waste cities, the desolations of many generations.

Isaiah 58:12 And they that shall be of thee shall build the old waste places: thou shalt raise up the foundations of many generations; and thou shalt be called, The repairer of the breach, The restorer of paths to dwell in.

In the video i pointed the people to the fact that desolation's are long devastated place even though people had already existed in the place before. Now desolation could come in any form. It could be moral desolation, character desolation, financial desolation, marital desolation etc.

In all this forms of desolation, there is a tool is remains relevant in redeeming this desolation's and that's the word of God.
