I think this is the second time I sing a song in English in this community, it seemed appropriate to try it again and it is nothing more and nothing less than with a classic of rock music. "Creep" by the British band Radiohead was released in the early 90's and until now is still playing in different digital media. As you can see, this song has more than 1 billion plays on YouTube, which confirms that it is super mainstream and has aged quite well.

After rehearsing it for a while on the Ukelele I could understand that I could play it, however, the biggest challenge was the pronunciation taking into account that I am slowly learning English, but the truth is that I felt quite comfortable doing this performance. I made an alternative version of the song structure to go straight to the point and share with you the best passages of this worldwide hit.

Creo que es la segunda vez que canto una canción en inglés en ésta comunidad, me pareció propicio intentarlo nuevamente y es nada más y nada menos que con un clásico de la música rock. “Creep” de la banda británica Radiohead fue lanzada a principio de los años 90 y hasta ahora sigue sonando en los diferentes medios digitales. Tal y como podrán comprobar, ésta canción tiene más de 1 billón de reproducciones en YouTube, lo cual nos confirma que es super mainstream y que envejeció bastante bien.

Luego de ensayarla por un rato en el Ukelele pude entender que podía tocarla, sin embargo, el mayor reto fue la pronunciación tomando en cuenta que voy poco a poco con el inglés, pero la verdad me sentí bastante cómoda haciendo ésta presentación. Hice una versión alternativa respecto a la estructura de la canción para ir directo al grano y compartir con ustedes los mejores pasajes de éste éxito mundial.

I want to take this opportunity to thank the moderation and the members of the community for the love they have given me so far, I feel that I have grown and continue to learn every day in this instrument so characteristic and unique, although there is still a long way to go, but with you I hope to continue to develop.

Creep is engraved in my thoughts and memories since childhood, as it was one of the first songs my brothers listened to most at home, in fact, I think many of us love it. It's lyrics are a bit harsh as this person conveys how bad he feels, he is self sabotaging and doesn't believe in himself, he feels he doesn't belong here, what I can understand is that he is deeply disappointed and broken however it possibly comes after a break up.

Quiero aprovechar para agradecer a la moderación y a los miembros de la comunidad por el cariño que me han dado hasta ahora, siento que he crecido y que sigo aprendiendo cada día en este instrumento tan característico y único, aunque aún queda mucho por recorrer, pero junto a ustedes espero seguir desarrollándome.

Creep está grabado en mis pensamientos y recuerdos desde la infancia, pues fue de las primeras canciones que más escuchaban mis hermanos en casa, de hecho, creo que a muchos nos encanta. Su letra es un poco dura, ya que esta persona nos transmite lo mal que se siente, se auto sabotea y no cree en él, siente que no pertenece a este lugar, lo que puedo entender es que se encuentra profundamente decepcionado y está roto sin embargo posiblemente viene luego de una ruptura.
