Hola, que tal amigos de SWC y de Hive.
En esta oportunidad les traigo un nuevo video de motivaci贸n calistenia, espero lo disfruten mucho y como en cada video les dejo unas palabras motivadoras.
Amigos tanto en el deporte y como en la vida, tendremos d铆as buenos y d铆as malos, d铆as en los cuales no tendremos motivaci贸n ni ganas de entrenar, en esos d铆as es en donde se determina que tan grande es tu fuerza de voluntad por cumplir tus metas o sue帽os, en esos d铆as es en donde a pesar de que no tengamos motivaci贸n o ganas de entrenar, debamos darlo todo y seguir adelante y seguir luchando por lo que queremos y cada vez que superemos esos d铆as malos nos volveremos m谩s y m谩s fuertes, con esto mis amigos los motivo a seguir avanzando, s茅 que tendremos muchos d铆as malos en nuestro camino, pero recuerden siempre habr谩 un nuevo ma帽ana lleno de nuevas posibilidades.
