Greetings to the entire Music Zone community, especially to my friends and musicians who are doing their best to put music on the blockchain.

This is my second round in this festival in which I am new, and I must say that it gives me great pleasure to share music that brings me good memories and a lot of rock. This time I come with a song of caramelos de cianuro that few know because it belongs to their second album, which in my personal opinion is the best. I am talking about the album titled "Harakiri City".

This song has the same title as the album and it is also the first song. With this song you get the impression that the album is a beast, both in sound and concept and definitely leaves you with your jaw hitting the floor, so it was in my youth when I heard it for the first time.

For this recording I put a little more love into it because I think the song is so great that I felt that leaving it to just guitar and vocals wouldn't do it justice so I recorded the vocals and guitar live. Then I added the drums, thanks to my midi controller and the fact that I'm a drummer it's much easier for me to play guitar. I also added a synth in the background to fill in a little bit of the bass void since there is no recorded bass. I must say that I am very happy with the result.

I can't say much about my voice since I'm not a professional singer but the vibe of the original caramelos de cianuro song is punk rock, without much history or technique, more attitude than anything else so for what the song is I'm happy with it.

The guitar is plugged directly into my interface and I'm using an amp emulator called Ampknob which sounds great for high gain guitars, and in my case distorted rhythm guitars.

If you liked this song and you only know Caramelos de cianuro from the album "Frisbee" onwards I recommend you to listen to the album "Harakiri City", it will not disappoint you if you like the rock of Caracas in the 90s, certainly that album had a great impact on the rock community of Venezuela.
