Entrenamiento de Caminata de Montaña - ruta cerro El Toquito [ESP/ENG]

Greetings friends from Hive and @fulldeportes, today I am going to share a mountain hiking training that I did on the El Toquito hill in my community.

Este entrenamiento lo inicié a la 5:40 am de la mañana, generalmente este tipo de ruta la realizo los fines de semana pero como me desperté un poco tarde el día de ayer, entonces decidí realizar este entrenamiento hoy lunes.

I started this training at 5:40 am in the morning, I usually do this type of route on weekends but since I woke up a little late yesterday, so I decided to do this training today, Monday.

Al salir active en mi teléfono móvil las aplicaciones Strava y Actifit, en donde se registro 4680 pasos, en todo el recorrido en la caminata realizada el día de hoy. El registro de la aplicación Strava no lo mostré porque se me cerró por error la app.

When I left, I activated the Strava and Actifit applications on my mobile phone, where 4,680 steps were recorded throughout the entire walk made today. The Strava application log did not show it because the app was closed by mistake.
