Entrenamiento de Caminata / ruta Malpica El Toro [ESP/ENG]

Greetings friends from Hive and @fulldeportes, today I am going to share a walking training that I did on the Malpica El Toro route in my community.

Este entrenamiento lo inicié a la 5:50 am de la mañana, al salir de mi casa comenzó la lluvia, pero después dejo de llover, esto no me impidió realizar este entrenamiento. La ruta en este asentamiento campesino tiene una parte de carretera de asfalto y la otra de tierra, es una ruta variada con algunas pendientes y parte plana.

I started this training at 5:50 am in the morning, when I left my house it started to rain, but after it stopped raining, this did not prevent me from doing this training. The route in this peasant settlement has one part of asphalt road and the other of dirt, it is a varied route with some slopes and a flat part

Al salir activé en mi teléfono móvil las aplicaciones Strava, pero la misma no se hizo el registro debido a la falta de cobertura en el sector. Al llegar a la parte alta comenzó a llover, fue una experiencia agradable caminar bajo la lluvia, hice un tiempo total de 2 horas con 15 minutos.

When I left, I activated the Strava applications on my mobile phone, but it was not registered due to the lack of coverage in the sector. Arriving at the top it started to rain, it was a pleasant experience to walk in the rain, I did a total time of 2 hours and 15 minutes.
