Saludos amigos de HIVE y SWC, en el día de hoy voy a compartir con ustedes unos ejercicios fundamentales para poder definir lo que seran los abdominales, ellos son muy eficaz y sirven para definir y poder dar un cambio físico en cada persona que haga estos ejercicios con mucha Constancia y Diciplina, a mí me gustan mucho ya que yo no tenía nada de abdominales y un día me motive a realizar cada uno de estos y ahí fue donde al tiempo le ví los resultados💪🏻 todavía estoy realizandolos porque no eh llegado a definirme como quiero, pero paso a paso vamos mejorando❤️💪🏼
