Geometry Dash es un videojuego de plataformas creado en 2013 por el sueco, Robert Topala (conocido también como RobTop) y posteriormente desarrollado por su empresa independiente RobTop Games. Su lanzamiento se produjo el 13 de agosto de 2013 de ese mismo año para los dispositivos móviles y el 22 de diciembre de 2014, para la plataforma de distribución digital Steam.

El objetivo de este juego es manejar un pequeño cubo dónde se maneja utilizando un sistema sencillo de pulsación para controlar diferentes vehículos (o de dar click para la distribución Steam). Dónde tiene que superar una serie de obstáculos para llegar al final del nível.

Este mismo cubo, en el juego tiene portales en la cual hace que el cubo cambié de vehículos, puede ser una nave, o ir de reversa o en el techo, puedes también ser una flecha, etc. Las cuales cada una tiene su mecanismo para jugar. Esto me gusta mucho de este juego y es lo que lo hace ser tan Entretenido e interesante, los efectos del juego, y la agilidad que debemos tener para poder intentar pasar los obstáculos y culminar el nivel, lo hace muy difícil pero a la vez hace que en nosotros tengamos el reto de terminar el nivel, por eso digo, este juego saca mucho de quicio pero a la vez eso lo hace más interesante por querer hasta donde podemos llegar.

El juego para los que no pueden terminar el nivel y quieren practicar, tiene el modo práctica, que a diferencia del modo normal, se pueden colocar checkpoints que están disponibles en este modo, lo que permite al jugador comenzar en los lugares donde murieron la última vez o en la que usted desea.

El videojuego presenta 21 niveles oficiales, las cuales 18 se pueden jugar cuándo empiezas el juego.

Este juego lo jugaba mucho en aquel tiempo con mi primo, Siempre nos poníamos turnos y nos hacíamos retos en pasar cada nivel, era el reto de cada día pasar hasta los niveles insano e incluso demoníaco.
Los niveles principales en el videojuego son de aproximadamente 1:20 a 1:45 minutos. Los niveles se clasifican por dificultad, desde "fácil" hasta "demon"; las cuales en demon esta: Easy, Médium y Haré Demon. Para que no se pierdan y tengan el conocimiento de los rangos y dificultad de los niveles hagamos una lista de esta misma.

Geometry Dash fue unos de los mejores juegos para dispositivo móviles en aquel tiempo, (2014-2015). Ya que pues cuando salió la versión 1.8 fue donde explotó mucho en la plataforma YouTube la cual muchos hacían contenido por la tendencia que estaba haciendo Geometry Dash.

Las descargas tanto en playstore como Appstore, se basa entre más de 240 millones de descargas. Hoy en día su valoración están entre los 4.8 haciendo competencia con Minecraft.

Este juego es muy bueno y entretenido, para mí opinión personal le doy 6/10 me gusta mucho pero no es que sea algo que va jugar todo el tiempo, su jugabilidad es interesante, tenemos que ser rápido mentalmente, ser muy memorizado y saber cuál luces de saltos es correcto y cuál no, es un juego mental y de habilidad excelente, ayuda a que seamos muy rápido al pensar y claro este juego nos pone a prueba. A decaído mucho su tendencia en estos últimos años, ojalá saquen alguna actualización o otro modos de juegos, tiene para que pueda volver a ser tendencia y me encantaría que fuera así, pero es un juego que no engancharia mucho pero si muy entretenido.

Geometry Dash was one of the best mobile games at the time (2014-2015). Because when version 1.8 came out, it was where it exploded a lot on the YouTube platform, which many made content for the trend that Geometry Dash was doing.
