¿Doctor o medico? (English subtitles)

Hola caras de perola! Por alguna razón que desconozco (si la conozco pero no viene al caso xD ) siempre se ha llamado Doctor a cualquier persona que trabaje en el ámbito de la salud y aunque puedo entender el porqué, realmente no me molestara tanto si la cantidad de médicos que existe o egresa no fuera tan desproporcional como lo es actualmente.

Ahora, deja explicarte mejor mi argumento, graduarse de medico es normalmente algo complicado ya que requiere mucho estudio (eso lo sé) pero actualmente existe una pequeña desproporción en cuanto a la cantidad de médicos egresados y el problema radica, que ha incrementado a la cantidad de personas que cree que pueden llamarse DOCTOR con apenas tener una licencia de MEDICO entonces comienzan a creer que pueden mirar por arriba del hombro al resto del mundo…

De esos pequeños bastardos son de los que me quejo… de los que apenas se gradúan y creen que tienen agarrado a Dios por la barba y que son grandes Doctores… amigo mio, si lees o ves la publicación te aclaro que un Doctor es aquel que obtiene el ultimo grado académico en una universidad y tu pequeño médico que acabas de obtener UN grado universitario no puedes adornarte con títulos que no te corresponden.

Al final del día, si sabes o entiendes que ser doctor es un proceso largo, complicado y que requiere prácticamente una vida y aun asi te haces llamar doctor… pues… si en efecto es para ti el video xD de lo contrario si lo sabes y estas ubicado, lo más probable es que comprendas y hasta compartas mi pequeño y muy sutil incomodidad. Doctor or Physician? (English subtitles)




Hello, pearl faces! For some reason that I don't know (well, I do know, but it's not relevant xD), anyone working in the healthcare field has always been called a Doctor. Although I can understand why, it wouldn't bother me so much if the number of doctors that currently exists or graduates wasn't so disproportionate.

Now, let me explain my argument better. Graduating as a physician is usually a challenging task as it requires a lot of studying (I know that). However, there's currently a slight disproportion between the number of graduating physicians, and the problem lies in the fact that more people believe they can call themselves DOCTORS with just a MEDICAL license. They start to think they can look down on the rest of the world...


It's these little bastards that I'm complaining about... the ones who just graduate and think they've got God by the beard and that they are great Doctors... my friend, if you read or watch this post, let me clarify that a Doctor is someone who obtains the highest academic degree from a university, and you, my little physician who has just earned ONE university degree, cannot adorn yourself with titles that don't belong to you.


At the end of the day, if you know or understand that becoming a doctor is a long, complicated process that practically requires a lifetime, and even so, you call yourself a doctor... well... yes, indeed, this video is for you xD. Otherwise, if you understand and accept this, it's most likely that you comprehend and even share my slight and very subtle discomfort.
