[EN] Hello Full Deportes 🏃🏼♂️
Hello, everyone in the Full Deportes community. It's my first time posting here, and I hope to be well received. Well, I've come to tell the story of how I transformed my body in just 3 months. I used to work out at the gym when I was younger, but I had been away from it for a long time. It was when I ended my last relationship that I decided to return to the gym and focus on my work. Ironically, it was on June 12th, which is Valentine's Day in Brazil, haha. But anyway, my main motivation is that I used to be a model when I was around 18 years old, which was 10 years ago. And I found myself weighing 99 kilograms without doing any exercise. In these past few months, I've lost 10 kilograms, and now I weigh 89 kilograms. I want to further reduce my weight, gain more lean muscle, and improve my overall volume and definition. I know I'm just getting started, but I'm motivated to achieve the best body I've ever had in my life. Alongside this, I've also improved my anxiety, sleep, diet, and focus, so I have more energy and clarity to take care of myself, my son, and the money we need to make.
Here's my workout routine from this video:
3x Pull-Ups: 8 repetitions
3x Close-Grip Lat Pulldowns: 10 repetitions
3x Machine Flyes (for the back): 10 repetitions
3x Alternating Bicep Curls: 10 repetitions
3x Barbell Bicep Curls: 10 repetitions
3x Front Shoulder Raises: 10 repetitions
3x Rear Shoulder Raises: 10 repetitions
Plus, an additional hour-long skate session for cardio and some abdominal exercises at home.
That's how I'm gradually changing my body. I confess that I was very ashamed of how I looked, and I was also embarrassed to record in the gym. However, shame has never won any battle, right, my friends? So I decided to start posting my progress and share it with you! I plan to feature various types of sports like trekking and running here as well and try to make the gym part a weekly segment in my blog schedule. Olá a todos amigos da comunidade Full Deportes. É minha 1ª vez postando aqui. Espero ser bem recebido. Bom venho contar a história de como mudei o meu corpo em apenas 3 meses. Eu já treinei na academia quando eu era mais novo, mas estava a muito tempo afastado. Foi quando terminei meu último relacionamento o ponto exato que eu decidi voltar para a academia e focar no trabalho. Exatamente no dia 12 de Junho, ironicamente Dia dos Namorados no Brasil haha. Mas enfim, minha principal motivação é que eu já fui modelo qnd tinha uns 18 anos, isso a 10 anos atrás. E eu tava me vendo com 99 kilos sem fzr absolutamente nenhum exercício. Bom nesses últimos meses eu emagreci 10 kilos, e agr to pesando 89 kilos. Eu qro diminuir ainda mais meu peso, ganhar mais massa magra e mais volume e definição. Sei bem que to no início mas estou motivado a conquistar o melhor corpo que já tive na minha vida. Em paralelo a isso tbm melhorei minha ansiedade, meu sono, minha alimentação, meu foco, então to tendo mais disposição e clareza em cuidar de mim, do meu filho, e do dinheiro que precisamos fazer.

Assim eu estou conseguindo mudar aos poucos o meu corpo. Confesso que eu tinha muita vergonha de como eu estava, também estava com vergonha de gravar na academia. Porém vergonha nunca ganhou nenhuma batalha, não é mesmo meus amigos? Então decidi começar a postar minha evolução e compartilhar com vocês! Trazer diferentes tipos de esportes como trekking e corrida também por aqui, e tentar fazer esse da academia como um quadro semanal em minha programação do blog. Espero que vocês tenham gostado da minha história, estou ansioso para ouvir feedbacks, e a respeito de meus exercícios, dicas ou perguntas. Um beijo e até a próxima.

Hola a todos en la comunidad Full Deportes. Es la primera vez que publico aquí, y espero ser bien recibido. Bueno, vengo a contar la historia de cómo transformé mi cuerpo en tan solo 3 meses. Solía entrenar en el gimnasio cuando era más joven, pero estuve alejado durante mucho tiempo. Fue cuando terminé mi última relación que decidí volver al gimnasio y enfocarme en mi trabajo. Ironicamente, fue el 12 de junio, el Día de los Enamorados en Brasil, jaja. Pero en fin, mi principal motivación es que solía ser modelo cuando tenía unos 18 años, hace 10 años. Y me encontré pesando 99 kilogramos sin hacer ningún ejercicio. En estos últimos meses, he perdido 10 kilogramos y ahora peso 89 kilogramos. Quiero reducir aún más mi peso, ganar más masa magra y mejorar mi volumen y definición general. Sé que recién estoy empezando, pero estoy motivado para lograr el mejor cuerpo que jamás haya tenido en mi vida. Junto con esto, también he mejorado mi ansiedad, sueño, alimentación y enfoque, así que tengo más energía y claridad para cuidar de mí mismo, de mi hijo y del dinero que necesitamos ganar.

Así es como estoy cambiando mi cuerpo gradualmente. Confieso que me daba mucha vergüenza cómo me veía y también me daba vergüenza grabar en el gimnasio. Sin embargo, la vergüenza nunca ha ganado ninguna batalla, ¿verdad, amigos? Así que decidí comenzar a publicar mi progreso y compartirlo con ustedes. Planeo presentar varios tipos de deportes como trekking y carrera aquí también e intentar hacer de la parte del gimnasio un segmento semanal en mi programa de blog.
