Hello friends of Hive and my dear Hive Open Mic family, I'm Fernando Benedetti from @fernanblog, I'm very happy to join you in this week that will be very special for everyone as we will join voices and instruments to perform the song Oh My Love by John Lennon, belonging to his 2nd studio album as a soloist, released in 1971.
It is a very beautiful song that has no drums, it is a romantic ballad in the best symphonic pop/rock style; the piano predominates throughout the song giving much softness, delicacy, calm, romanticism and subtlety to the song.
However, the version that we will all perform was made by our brother Cabe Lindsay, which consists of beautiful arpeggios on acoustic guitar to the beat of some serene percussion sounds.
United in one voice we will raise this song to love dedicated to everyone, especially to those people who in the midst of war say goodbye to their great loves of life. Personally I hope this song reaches every corner of Hive so that no one feels lonely or empty and join as musicians or listeners to this beautiful family that is Hive Open Mic, where week after week we sing to Global Harmony...
In this opportunity I bring 2 videos in one, in the first part I sing the song a capella and in the second part my guitar joins to sing the song as well.
That said, here is my participation for week 99 of the Hive Open Mic called "Oneness"... so let's go together... Let's rock!
Big hugs to all and let's say: ¡¡¡No to War, Yes to Love!!!
Thanks to @jesuslnrs for the karaoke track... You Rock Bro!!!
PS: I took the picture of my poster because that was the guitar John Lennon used, the Epiphone Casino!
¡A Rockear!
You Rock Bro!!!
