As more time passes with Covid19 among us, development is being made in treatment and vaccine.
It is hard to say if any of these researches will become the eventual gold standard for treatments.
We have already seen the difficulty in finding an easy way to transport and organise testing kits.
A lot of medications have been used and more are being tested as we speak, but nothing yet has been confirmed as a golden standard.
