Last week Wednesday, we hosted the 2nd session of the Connect, Learn and Earn Podcast on X (Formerly Twitter) through the Hive Learners Account. Below is a recording of the session.

ℂ𝕠𝕟𝕟𝕖𝕔𝕥, 𝕃𝕖𝕒𝕣𝕟 𝕒𝕟𝕕 𝔼𝕒𝕣𝕟

The session started at 3 p.m. GMT+1, and we had quite a number of people that attended the session.

In the meeting, we had @emrysjobber, @nkemakonam89, @idksamad, and @olujay on stage to talk about the article they shared.

@emrysjobber shared his dream for expansion from rearing rabbits to also rearing chickens. He first started this business with just 7 rabbits, and gradually, he has expanded to about 77 rabbits.

Since poultry farms are in high demand in his area, this has become the reason for his dream of rearing chickens. To actualize this dream, Emrys listed a few things that he needs, which are cages, roof tops, and feeding materials.

Around 14:02, I asked the question: How much does he make from the rabbit farm? Emrys' reply was that it all depends, and it ranges from $50 to $170 depending on if the market is good or not.

The second question I asked was: "How was he able to get customers and advertise his business?" You can listen to his reply in the timestamp where I asked the question at 15:10.

My third question at 17:00 was: "Apart from selling the rabbits, are there other ways money can be made from keeping the rabbits?

Our second speaker (23:40) was @nkemakonam89 who discussed her journey to becoming a dolphin in the Hive Ecosystem. She did not really expect to attain becoming a dolphin so soon, as she started the year with a Hive power of 1800 HP and now she has 5000 HP.

Nkem really surpassed her goals, as she was targeting 3k Hive power. She was able to achieve this because she started with a set goal and kept showing up daily towards that goal. Congratulations @nkemakonam89

From @idksamad discussion, I was able to learn some things about diversification in crypto which is great when one has a large portfolio to try out a few coins that we believe in.

The last conversation was with @olujay, in which he shared about his activities in promoting Hive on X.com, being inspired by the phrase "let your money work for you" which he could relate to how the phrase has been used in Ponzi schemes.

In the timeframe 57:10, Olujay explained how Hive is a true definition of that phrase and how difficult it is to use that phrase to pitch Hive.
