Last session, we discussed the topic: The concept of failure and its Role in fostering a successful career.

The conversation in the last hangout involved each person defining what failure meant to them and looking into the significant role that failure plays in a successful career. We also thought about the possibility of whether a man can be successful without failing, not even once in his life, and shared stories about points in our lives where we had failed. The discussion ended with the question on which gives the most lessons, whether success or failure.

This is 2024, a new year, and one of the things we would have looked through when making our new year resolutions would have to learn something new. In this hangout we would be discussing about our skillset and the ones we are hoping to learn. Here are a few questions:

1. What skills do you possess, and how have they helped your life personally and professionally during the past years?

2. What skills do you plan to learn this year, 2024, and what is your source of motivation towards learning these skills?

3. How do you envision these new skills contributing to your growth personally and professionally this year?

4. Can you share any learning plans or resources you have towards learning this new skills and how you plan to incorporating learning to your daily routine?
