Finally, we have made it close to the end of March, which makes it a great time to review our progress, and celebrate our little wins. Whether it is a personal goal, professional goal or creative endeavour, we should be proud of how far we have come. At the same time, this brings an opportunity for us to discuss how we can stay on track with our goals and achieve great things this year.

So here are some questions to contribute to our discussion:

1. What's one thing you did this first quarter of the year that you are proud of? It could be anything—completing a project, learning a new skill, attaining a goal, or even acquiring an item.

2. Did anything unexpected happen this first quarter that turned out to be a positive outcome, and did you crush any of your set goals made on the first quarter?

3. What valuable lesson would you say you have learned about yourself or your approach to how you set your goals?

4. Now that the first quarter of the year is wrapped up, what new goal would set down for the next quarter and also the coming months of the year.
