Iniciativa: Mis hábitos para un día feliz ❤️ My habits for a Happy Day (Esp/Eng)

Hola a toda la comunidad hermosa de @humanitas, espero todos se encuentren excelente.

Hoy vengo a participar de la iniciativa Mis hábitos para un día feliz. Esta es mi segunda publicación en esta comunidad y encantada de hacerlo. Fui invitada por @ancnoticias y también leí la publicación de @elbuhito. Ambos hermosos posts, de cuya lectura me deleité.

Y sin más preámbulos les voy a contar cuales son los hábitos de mi día a día que me hacen feliz.

Today I am here to participate in the My Habits for a Happy Day initiative. This is my second post in this community and I'm delighted to do it. I was invited by @ancnoticias and I also read @elbuhito's post. Both beautiful posts, which I enjoyed reading.
And without further ado, I'm going to tell you what are the habits of my day to day life that make me happy.

El primer hábito es atender, jugar y dar cariño a mis gatitos, ambos tienen 10 años de edad, se llaman Catalina y Tony y son mis soles.

Diferentes ambos de carácter, son dulces a su manera y demandan mi atención, la cual doy con todo mi amor.

Son mi alegría, para mí son como mis hijos, los adoro. A los dos les encanta jugar y me llaman cada día para estar en compañía.

En el caso de Tony también lo saco a pasear, como si fuera un perrito con su correa, porque vivo en departamento y él lo necesita.

En cuanto a Catalina es más nerviosa y salir le supone un estrés, por lo que está más tranquila en casa y disfruto de ella de otra manera. Me busca para jugar y correr por la casa. Me dan mucho amor.

The first habit is to take care, play and give affection to my kittens, both are 10 years old, their names are Catalina and Tony and they are my suns. They are both different in character, they are sweet in their own way and demand my attention, which I give with all my love. They are my joy, for me they are like my children, I adore them. Both of them love to play and call me every day to be in my company. In Tony's case I also take him out for walks, as if he were a puppy on a leash, because I live in a flat and he needs it. Catalina is more nervous and going out is stressful for her, so she is calmer at home and I enjoy her in a different way. She looks for me to play and run around the house. They give me a lot of love.

Mi segundo hábito es el de tomar mate: Como argentina no puede faltarme el mate, aunque viva en España. El mate significa muchas cosas, compartir cuando se esta con familia o amigos pero también cuando se esta sólo es una gran compañía. Mientras preparo por ejemplo los videos o publicaciones para HIVE tomo mate.

También es muy saludable: aporta líquido y magnesio al organismo, entre otras cosas.

Si me falta el mate es como si a un colombiano o venezolano le faltara el café, o a los mismos españoles.

Cuando estoy reunida con la familia siempre tomamos mate, y se comparten charlas. Con el mate el día es más hermoso.

My second habit is drinking mate: As an Argentinian I can't miss mate, even though I live in Spain. Mate means many things, to share when you are with family or friends but also when you are alone it is a great company. While I prepare for example videos or publications for HIVE I drink mate.
It is also very healthy: it provides fluid and magnesium to the body, among other things.
If I lack mate, it's like if a Colombian or Venezuelan lacks coffee, or even the Spaniards themselves.
When I'm with my family, we always drink mate, and we talk together. With mate the day is more beautiful.

Mi tercer hábito y que me hace sumamente feliz es diseñar, entrar en mi mundo de fantasía y crear.
Simplemente imágenes vienen a mi mente, al escuchar una canción o cuando alguien dice algo, surge espontáneamente. Plasmarlo en Photoshop me fascina. De todos los programas de diseño que aprendí fue y es el que más me gusta y el que he enseñado durante años cuando daba clases de informática.

Diseño, invento, creo nuevas técnicas. Cuando hago todo esto no existe tiempo o espacio, ni me acuerdo siquiera del mate.

Me han dicho, tu imaginación no tiene límites y la verdad creo que no. La inspiración me viene a cualquier hora del día y muchas veces mientras diseño alguna imagen me surge otra y así sucesivamente.
Me gustan mucho las miradas, por la mirada se conoce a la gente y por eso muchos de mis diseños tienen ojos.
También la mezcla de figura humana con animales y en general la naturaleza también son parte de mis creaciones.

My third habit that makes me extremely happy is designing, going into my fantasy world and creating. Just images come to my mind, when I hear a song or when someone says something, it comes spontaneously. Putting it into Photoshop fascinates me. Of all the design programmes I learned it was and is the one I like the most and the one I have taught for years when I taught computer classes.
I design, invent, create new techniques. When I do all this there is no time or space, I don't even remember the matte.
I've been told, your imagination has no limits and I really don't think it doesn't. Inspiration comes to me at any time of the day. Inspiration comes to me at any time of the day and many times while I am designing an image another one comes to me and so on. I really like looks, people are known by their looks and that's why many of my designs have eyes.
Also the mixture of human figure with animals and in general nature are also part of my creations.

Me gustaría dejar un hábito extra, no lo realizo todos los días, pero me hace feliz: Caminar por la naturaleza, playa, parques, paseos llenos de vida, eso me hace muy feliz y me da mucha energía.

I would like to leave an extra habit, I don't do it every day but it makes me happy: Walking in the nature, beach, parks, walks full of life, this makes me very happy and gives me a lot of energy.

La felicidad es algo que cada uno llevamos dentro, no viene de afuera, se cultiva en el día a día. Son momentos que nos llena el alma.

Happiness is something we all carry inside, it doesn't come from outside, it is cultivated day by day. They are moments that fill our souls.
