Today I imagined a design fantasising about the sounds of music emerging from a saxophone, perhaps sounds of nature or of a flowing river.

Mix the fantasy, the epic with a castle and the musical notes of a saxophone linked to nature.

Design process

The design is made with 3 images and 16 layers.

The background is created with a Photoshop texture and then place the saxophone image in several layers.
In the first ones I put a filter to simulate a drawing with several blends, intermingling it with the background, and in the following ones only blending modes.

Then I put the image of the fantasy nature with trees also in several layers and blends, erasing certain parts so that the saxophone could be seen better. On one of the layers I placed a sparkle filter.

I layered the saxophone again on top of it, to give it highlights, light and brightness.

Finally I inserted the castle with the river inside the saxophone in 2 layers with fusions, simulating the river emerging from the saxophone and intermingling with nature.

The animation was developed entirely in After Effects, using light effects and varying the opacity of the images, making the layers appear smoothly and alternating them.

En el día de hoy imaginé un diseño fantaseando con los sonidos de la música que emerge de un saxofón, quizá sean sonidos de la naturaleza o de un rio que corre.

Mezcle la fantasía, lo épico con un castillo y las notas musicales de un saxo unido a la naturaleza.

Proceso del diseño

El diseño esta realizado con 3 imágenes y 16 capas.

El fondo esta creado con una textura del mismo Photoshop y posteriormente coloque la imagen del saxofón en varias capas.
En las primeras les puse un filtro para simular un dibujo con varias fusiones, entremezclándola con el fondo, y en las siguientes solo modos de fusión.

Luego puse la imagen de la naturaleza de fantasía con árboles también en varias capas y fusiones, borrando ciertas partes para que se vea mejor el saxo. En una de las capas coloque un filtro de destello.

Volví a colocar capas de saxofón encima, para darle realce, luz y brillo.

Finalmente inserte el castillo con el río dentro del saxo en 2 capas con fusiones, simulando el río emerge del saxofón y se entremezcla con la naturaleza.

La animación la desarrollé totalmente en After Effects, usando efectos de luces y variando las imágenes en su opacidad, haciendo que aparezcan suavemente las capas y se vayan alternando.
