Desde la niñez me agradó escuchar relatos históricos sobre la Guerra de Independencia de Venezuela, cuando aprendí a leer tomé el hábito de buscar viejos libros y revisar literatura relacionada con las campañas patriotas que condujeron a libertar Venezuela del yugo colonizador. Esta curiosidad fue percibida por mi padre, quien después de su larga jornada de labrar la tierra, dedicaba un par de horas a la lectura y composiciones literarias que en gran parte dedicaba a mi linda madre.

Since childhood I enjoyed listening to historical accounts of the Venezuelan War of Independence, when I learned to read I got into the habit of looking for old books and reviewing literature related to the patriotic campaigns that led to liberate Venezuela from the colonizing yoke. This curiosity was perceived by my father, who after his long day of tilling the land, would dedicate a couple of hours to reading and literary compositions that he would dedicate in large part to my beautil mother.

Con el paso del tiempo, la orientación de mis padres y la formación escolar, comencé a experimentar prácticas de composición y canto; me agradó seguir los pasos de papá y de cierta manera emular su interés de escribir sobre la vida, el amor y la paz. Estoy segura que de haber existido la Blockchain Hive en aquella época, mi padre y yo hubiéramos recitado juntos desde 3speak, esta obra literaria que he denominado por la paz mundial, en especial mi querida patria Venezuela.

With the passage of time, the guidance of my parents and school training, I began to experience composition and singing practices; I was pleased to follow in Dad's footsteps and in a way emulate his interest in writing about life, love and peace. I am sure that if Blockchain Hive had existed at that time, my father and I would have recited together from 3speak, this literary work that I have called for world peace, especially my beloved homeland Venezuela.

En esta hermosa tierra que vivimos
en este mi país que transitamos
nos hace falta Dios un don divino
y este es la paz que todos anhelamos.
Aquella paz, que la paloma blanca
después del diluvio universal
con la rama verde olivo en su pico
anunció del desastre su final;
es aquella la gran señal
para Noé el famoso patriarca
que después del recorrido realizar
el ave mensajera volvió al arca.

Si es por la maldad del humano
que ha venido la furia
de mi Dios sobre la tierra,
yo te pido piedad Padre querido,
porque deseo paz y no la guerra.
Paz Señor para mi Venezuela,
esta es la Venezuela que yo quiero
donde se oiga ¡Gloria al Bravo Pueblo!
y seamos iguales por entero,
que cantemos con orgullo “Alma Llanera”
y entonemos alegres “Venezuela”.

Y si al mundo, todas sus banderas,
un símbolo pudiera yo agregar,
sería sin duda la paloma blanca
con actitud dispuesta a volar,
para pedir la paz que se ha perdido
y un nuevo renacer pueda empezar.

In this beautiful land where we live
in this country of mine that we are passing through
God has given us a divine gift
and this is the peace that we all long for.
That peace that the white dove
after the universal deluge
with the olive green branch in its beak
announced its end from the disaster;
that is the great sign
for Noah the famous patriarch
that after the journey he made
the messenger bird returned to the ark.

If it is because of human wickedness
that the fury of my God
of my God upon the earth,
I ask for mercy dear Father,
for I desire peace and not war.
Peace Lord for my Venezuela,
this is the Venezuela that I want
where we hear Glory to the Brave People!
and we are all equal,
that we proudly sing "Alma Llanera" (Soul of the Plains)
and we sing joyfully "Venezuela".

And if to the world, all its flags,
one symbol I could add,
it would undoubtedly be the white dove
with an attitude ready to fly,
to ask for the peace that has been lost
and a new rebirth can begin.

Y si es preciso cultivar
un jardín todo lleno de verde olivo
y a los lados un inmenso palomar,
para mandar palomas mensajeras
que lleguen hasta el Padre celestial
y él con su infinito amor pudiera
hacer milagros por la Paz Mundial.
Quiero la paz del sosiego y la esperanza
que el soberano tenga la confianza
y con certeza tengamos el consuelo
de comernos el pan de la bonanza
que produzca el labriego en nuestro suelo.

Y que vivamos libres de violencia,
Dios, toca el corazón de los humanos
para que afloren sentimientos sanos:
amor, fe, mansedumbre y paciencia;
si viajamos por agua, tierra o altura,
que vayamos todos a la estatura
y nos tratemos como hermanos.

Que pensar distinto no sea lio
y tomado sea con humildad
porque el Señor con su gran majestad
a todos nos dio libre albedrío.
Y vayamos unidos de las manos
compartiendo las penas y alegrías,
viviendo así, seguro ésta sería
la paz que todos anhelamos
con gran respeto y la benignidad,
el mundo entero llegaría
a vivir para siempre en armonía
y lleguemos todos a obtener la Paz.

And if it is necessary to cultivate
a garden full of green olive trees
and on the sides an immense dovecote,
to send messenger pigeons
to reach the heavenly Father
and he with his infinite love could
work miracles for World Peace.
I want the peace of tranquility and hope
that the sovereign may have confidence
and with certainty we will have the consolation
to eat the bread of the bounty
that the farmer produces in our soil.

And may we live free from violence,
God, touch the human heart
so that healthy feelings may emerge:
love, faith, meekness and patience;
whether we travel by water, land or height,
may we all go to the same height
and treat each other as brothers.

May thinking differently not be a problem
and taken with humility
because the Lord in his great majesty
has given us all free will.
And let us go hand in hand
sharing our sorrows and joys,
living in this way, surely this would be
the peace we all long for
with great respect and kindness,
the whole world would come
to live forever in harmony
and let us all attain Peace.
