Hello to all colleagues of #HIVE and members of SWC, welcome to a new post, I am Milano Alfinger @ashura-sw On this occasion I share with all of you a small workout a little different from what we have been doing for a while to release the body a little from overload and tension.
En esta oportunidad les comparto un pequeño trote de dos vueltas al parque Las Ballenitas, cabe resaltar que no estoy muy acostumbrado a trotar por lo que para ir empezando le di 2 vueltas junto a mi compañero @isaac-mir y luego de eso realizamos unos estiramientos para relajar el cuerpo y hacer una descarga de tensión muscular.
On this occasion I share with you a small two-lap jog at Las Ballenitas Park, it should be noted that I am not very used to jogging so to start I did 2 laps with my partner @isaac-mir and after that we did some stretching to relax the body and relieve muscle tension.
