Jeloouu chicos espero se encuentren muy bien y su semana haya sido excelente!! EL Vlog de hoy es bastante chévere, llevo queriendo hacerlo desde ya varias semanas, pero nunca lograba sacar suficiente contenido al respecto, pero hoy al fin lo logré y a pesar de me gustó mucho el resultado.

Llevo más de un año haciendo Spinning o Extreme Bike, es una de mis actividades favoritas, disfruto mucho las clases, de allí se sale con una muy bonita energía, recargado, con ánimos, más allá de la actividad física es prácticamente una rumbita en bici jajaja, los instructores suelen poner varios estilos de música y se disfruta un montón ejercitándote y cantando a la vez...

Espero disfruten del video tanto como yo, espero transmitirles buena vibra, y si les llama la atención los invito a atreverse a asistir a una clase alguna vez, que de seguro la pasarán increíble.
