Un saludo amistoso queridos Hivers, es un placer para mi estar participando en Talent Sound Music: Mes de Marzo (2023) - Mes de la Mujer creo que es maravilloso que una comunidad musical genere un espacio como este done podemos encontrarnos como mujeres talentosas y hábiles. Es interesante porque históricamente el arte les fue negado a las mujeres, siempre se nos vio como objetos de inspiración y no como sujetos activos en la creación. Sin embargo siempre han existido mujeres increíblemente talentosas y por esa razón hemos ido recuperando espacios en el mundo del arte, en todas las expresiones posibles.

Menciono esto, porque cuando vemos o escuchamos a una mujer cantar o ejecutar un instrumente, no podemos olvidar lo que nos ha costado alcanzar estos espacios. No fue de la noche a la mañana que a las mujeres conquistamos los escenarios y otros espacios artísticos, costo años de lucha, muchas tenían que escribir, pintar o componer con seudónimos masculinos ocultas en la clandestinidad o en la sombra de sus maridos.

Así que a celebrar este mes tocando, cantando, pintando y creando juntas queridas amigas y hermanas. Les traje para participar una canción instrumental muy hermosa de la banda de Black Metal Dissection, el título es Into Infinite Obscurity. Le elegí porque es una canción un poco compleja de tocar y pensé que lo ideal era traer un tema que representara una meta alcanzada.

A friendly greeting dear Hivers, it is a pleasure for me to be participating in Talent Sound Music: Month of March (2023) - Women's Month I think it's wonderful that a musical community generates a space like this where we can find ourselves as talented and skilled women. It is interesting because historically the art was denied to women, we were always seen as objects of inspiration and not as active subjects in the creation. However, there have always been incredibly talented women and for that reason we have been recovering spaces in the art world, in all possible expressions.

I mention this because when we see or hear a woman sing or play an instrument, we cannot forget what it has cost us to reach these spaces. It was not overnight that women conquered the stages and other artistic spaces, it cost years of struggle, many had to write, paint or compose under male pseudonyms hidden in hiding or in the shadow of their husbands.

So let's celebrate this month playing, singing, painting and creating together, dear friends and sisters. I brought you to participate a very beautiful instrumental song by the Black Metal band Dissection, the title is Into Infinite Obscurity. I chose it because it is a song a bit complex to play and I thought that the ideal was to bring a song that represents a goal achieved.
