August: expectation vs. reality

Or how to adapt to what I have available?.
I dreamed of going on vacation with my kids in August, but work circumstances prevented me from doing that, doing my own thing with responsibility and commitment, no one really stopped me, and I had a great time at work.
I could have used a vacation because the month of July and the first few weeks of August were totally crazy, but amazing good things happened to me.
Here is what really happened to me this month. I didn't take a vacation, but I tried to make this month different for my kids, and what you see are moments we planned as a family because they deserve it.
Every moment we were able to take a walk and fill their minds with unforgettable memories, celebrate life and give them reasons to feel happy and grateful, every one of those moments we knew how to take advantage of in the month of August.

O, como adaptarme a lo que tengo disponible?.

Soñaba estar de vacaciones con mis hijos en el mes de agosto pero las circunstancias laborales me lo impidieron, cosas mías con la responsabilidad y el compromiso, realmente nadie me lo impidió, y me lo pasé muy bien en el trabajo
Me hubieran venido bien unas vacaciones porque el mes de julio y las primeras semanas del mes fueron una locura total, pero cosas impresionantemente buenas me pasaron
Aquí vamos con lo que realmente me dejó este mes. No estuve de vacaciones pero busque hacer que este mes fuera diferente para mis hijos y lo que ven son momentos que planeamos con la familia porque lo merecen.
Cada momento que pudimos dar un paseo y llenar sus mentes de recuerdos inolvidables, celebrar la vida y darles motivos para sentirse afortunados y agradecidos, cada uno de esos momentos los supimos aprovechar en el mes de agosto
