    Hola amigos de Hive, en esta oportunidad me pidieron que realizara una torta de zanahoria, además de ser super deliciosa, contiene todas las propiedades de la zanahoria, así que es ideal para aquellos que de alguna manera quieren darse un gusto y sentir que están comiendo algo nutritivo.
    les comparto mi maravillosa receta y en el video pueden ver como la voy realizando paso a paso, espero que les guste.

    Receta:
    -4 zanahorias
    -2 tazas de harina leudante
    -1 y 1/2 taza de azúcar
    -3/4 de taza de aceite vegetal de su preferencia
    -1 cucharada de canela
    -1 cucharada de bicarbonato
    -1 cucharada de esencia de vainilla
    -4 huevos
    -pizca de sal

    Bueno amigos, lo primero que debemos hacer es ordenar todos nuestros ingredientes, preferiblemente los mejores productos que consigan, ya saben que en base a esto, nuestra torta quedara de muy buena calidad.
    empezamos lavando y quitando la piel de la zanahoria y rallando hasta obtener 3 tazas. luego la vamos a poner en un cacerola grande y ahí mismo vamos a agregar todos los ingredientes "húmedos", es decir, el aceite, azúcar, las yemas de los huevos, la pizca de sal y la esencia de vainilla.
    En otra taza vamos a integrar todos los ingredientes secos, es decir, la harina leudante, el bicarbonato y la canela, esto lo vamos a tamizar para evitar grumos en nuestra receta. ahora empezamos a agregar esta mezcla seca a nuestro mezcla húmeda, hasta integrar completamente.
    La clara de los huevos los vamos a llevar a punto de nieve. y una vez lo logremos, la vamos a integrar con nuestra mezcla anterior, de manera envolvente, esto nos ayudara a que la torta nos quede esponjosa.
    No olvidemos que debemos pre-calentar el horno a 180°C y engrasar, enharinar el molde previamente.
    una vez tengamos todo listo, agregamos la mezcla al molde, y directo al horno, al menos por media hora, o hasta meter un palito y que este no salga húmedo.
    luego desmoldar, y dejar reposar minimo por otra media hora, y cubrir con sus ingredientes de preferencia. en este caso usé queso crema con un toque de leche condensada y unas gotas de limón. luego agregué mani y chocolate rallado.

    Recipe:

    The white of the eggs we are going to bring them to stiff peaks, and once we achieve it, we are going to integrate it with our previous mixture, in an enveloping way, this will help us to make the cake fluffy. Do not forget that we must preheat the oven to 180°C and grease, flour the mold previously.
    once we have everything ready, add the mixture to the mold, and straight into the oven, at least for half an hour, or until a toothpick is inserted and it does not come out wet. then unmold, and let stand for at least another half hour, and cover with your favorite ingredients. in this case I used cream cheese with a touch of condensed milk and a few drops of lemon. then I added peanuts and grated chocolate.
