Welcome to the sixth part of this adventure to the Northern Argentina! This time, we continue our journey through Jujuy, more specifically to Humahuaca, a place that holds a historical emblem of the province that will forever remain as a reminder of the bravery of our independence heroes.

¡Bienvenidos a la sexta parte de esta aventura al Norte Argentino! Esta vez, seguimos de viaje por Jujuy, mas específicamente a Humahuaca , un sitio que guarda un emblema histórico de la provincia que quedara por siempre como recordatorio de la valentía de nuestros héroes de la independencia.

Before reaching our destination, we made stops again at the 7 Colors Hill and Purmamarca. We didn't miss the opportunity to admire the majesty of said hill again and take more photos this time, from another perspective as we went to a viewpoint located in Purmamarca that we had pending to climb. It was a bit dizzying because it was quite high but the photos we took were spectacular. You could appreciate all the colors of the massif better due to the location and the sun shining directly on it.

Antes de llegar a destino, hicimos paradas nuevamente en el cerro 7 colores y Purmamarca. No perdimos oportunidad de admirar la majestuosidad de dicho cerro nuevamente y tomar mas fotos esta vez, desde otra perspectiva ya que fuimos a un mirador ubicado en Purmamarca al que nos quedó pendiente subir . Daba un poco de vértigo porque estaba bastante alto pero las fotos que tomamos quedaron espectaculares. Se podían apreciar mejor todos los colores del macizo debido a la ubicación y el sol que le pegaba de frente.

Admire the 7-color mountain in its full splendor with direct sunlight highlighting its vibrant and beautiful colors produced by local minerals.

Admiren al cerro 7 colores en su máximo esplendor con la luz solar de frente resaltando sus vibrantes y hermosos colores producidos por minerales locales.

This is the church of Uquía which, they only allowed us to photograph from the outside since inside, they have a treasure of historical value and photos were not allowed but if you want to see the paintings I leave you this Link here so you can appreciate them and learn more about them.

Esta es la iglesia de Uquia la cual, solo nos dejaron fotografiar desde afuera ya que dentro, tienen un tesoro de valor histórico y no se podía tomar fotos pero si quieres ver los cuadros te dejo este Link por aquí para que puedas apreciarlas y conocer mas sobre ellas.

To finish, after visiting the colonial town of Humahuaca, we saw a rock formation called "the painter's palette" because it looks so beautiful when the sun hits it, like a hand-painted picture.

Really, this trip was spectacular even though after so many days of excursions, this one was quite tough for me because I was exhausted, but it was worth the effort. We were almost about to head back to Buenos Aires and we had two more days with another long excursion, so the next day we rested to have the energy to visit our next destination, which would be Cafayate.

Para finalizar, luego de visitar el pueblo colonial Humahuaca, vimos una formación rocosa llamada la paleta del pintor ya que de tan hermosa que es cuando le pega el sol, parece un cuadro pintado a mano.

Realmente, este viaje estuvo espectacular aunque después de tantos días de excursiones, este lo sufrí bastante porque estaba agotada pero, valió la pena el esfuerzo. Ya casi teníamos que volver a Baires y nos quedaban dos días mas con otra excursión larga así que al día siguiente descansamos para así el otro, tener la energía de visitar nuestro próximo destino que seria Cafayate.
