Greetings to the Street Workout Community, my name is Abraham Sanchez and today I'm going to share with you a back workout routine.
Dicha rutina está armada con ejercicios básicos nivel intermedio, enfocada en nuestra espalda, dorsales y biceps para incrementar nuestra fuerza en los músculos mencionados anteriormente.
This routine is built with basic intermediate level exercises, focusing on our back, lats and biceps to increase our strength in the aforementioned muscles.
Para esta rutina estaremos trabajando en base a los siguientes ejercicios:
Dominadas Supinas: 10Reps/5Sets
Descanso: 1 Minuto.
Dominadas Neutras: 12Reps/5Sets
Descanso 1 Minuto.
Dominadas Abiertas: 6Reps/5Sets
Descanso: 1 Minuto.
Dominadas Australianas normales: 12Reps/5Sets
Descanso: 1 Minuto.
Dominadas Australianas Supinas: 10Reps/5Sets
Descanso: 1 Minuto.
For this routine we will be working on the following exercises:
Supinated pull-ups: 10Reps/5Sets
Rest: 1 minute.
Neutral pull-ups: 12Reps/5Sets
Rest: 1 minute.
Open plan pull-ups: 6Reps/5Sets
Rest: 1 minute.
Regular Australian Pull-ups: 10Reps/5Sets
Rest: 1 Minute.
Supine Australian Pull-ups: 10Reps/5Sets
Rest: 1 Minute.
