@ovey10: I don't joke with my workout routines because I believe exercise is medicine to some of these complications. About the complete cure of diabetes, I think it depends on what type of diabetes you're diagnosed with. If at all the body fails to produce insulin completely leading to aggravated amount of sugar levels in the body, the blood sugar becomes stabilise immediately insulin is introduced to the body or that factor that interrupts the production of insulin from the pancreas is been taken care of. If the primary source of insulin, the pancreas becomes completely damaged, it becomes difficult to manage and the patient may have to continually survive by insulin inducement maybe. But when insulin is present and the body fails to recognise it, it becomes more critical than the first. Am not sure about the medications to completely eradicate that problem but I know that type 1 diabetes is more easier to manage than type 2
