Random Thoughts - #whyiusehive (speech practice video #1)

@bil.prag: my biggest problem with speaking english is that i think to much how to pronounce a word and then i don't can think about what i want to say :) when i saw it i thought, damn this is one hour long :) editing photos so i didn't even notice when the hour passed. Dealing with CTT audio for some time now, this sounded great in the audio quality department :)

@forykw: Me exactly... progressively one becomes better and forgets about those little details that make you feel different. But experimenting is the right path. I probably need to do the same... but lately, I have been a bit lazy in introspections. Used to do it a LOT with a friend back in the days I played starcraft every day...

@alex-rourke: 5 years! congrats man! Thanks for sharing part of your journey here. I think the CTT boys are doing a great job of providing topics of discussion, guests and inviting the community to create content on their own, just like this. There is definitely a lot of knowledge here in tons of different areas, so I'm in it to learn. Financial incentives; of course a) ($0.35 per HIVE is a steal) b) curation rewards c) HBD savings interest True account ownership in a time of censorship from corporations and governments I'll take the time to share my own thoughts on whyiusehive. @tibfox: Yoooo this was a long training talk haha and I can tell you that I liked everything about it: the sound quality the video part of the upload (the clean HIVE animation is sweet) the structure (I assume you made a rough one before because the talk seemed structured ^^), your thoughts and insights about the blockchain the very relateable word finding issues ;) It was pretty easy to follow you and your thoughts I guess the slower pace helped with that. I also think that even outsiders could understand why you are on Hive that's something many other "crypto" podcasts can not achieve. I also noticed that you challenged me I will join this discussion but I will not have as many thoughts to share as you had. For me Hive is community I will think about a more detailed definition but I will not talk much about the financial aspects of our blockchain as these are not in my focus at all. Will catch up on this in the upcoming days :) Looking forward to listening to your next training video ;)

@rocksg: 5 years journey here is really a great milestone. I also completed 6 yrs here few days back. This is the only platform which has survived so long and still growing. The future is bright here at hive.
