@avdesing: Me encanta que lo hayas pasado genial!!! Descansa!!!🤗

@livinguktaiwan: Look at you, mingling with the famous now 😊

@nozem01: Lol, hanging out with someone famous and not realizing who he is, that could totally be me as well 😂 Well done, these groups are perfect for you! In my opinion the 'active recovery' GPT was talking about is nonsense... you can rest once your home 😆

@friendlymoose: Well done! Nice ride! And even with a celebrity 😂 For me it was demanding, for him it was a relaxed and fun Saturday ride. That is the difficult thing about group rides. People have a different level of fitness, so for some it is more intense than for others. I have that as well when I go for a group ride. Mostly it is me that is struggling. Tips: Try to stay out of the wind. Position yourself behind someone when riding. The closer you are behind someone, the better. And if you are cycling 'in the red' for a long time, just ask the group to slow down a bit. Don't be ashamed to ask. You'd be more ashamed when you can't go any further because you've gone over your limit. By the way, I have quite a long recovery time from yesterdays ride as well... 90 hours 😂 Blog post is in the making 😉

@enraizar: Good afternoon, @nanixxx. I’m not quite sure what to say—other than to just keep doing what you love. A big hug! 😎
