Scope Creep, Snapie and a Sunday

@eddiespino: Yeah, scope creep has been one of our issues, along with working on things that are actually out of scope. I am learning a lot about project management and will keep learning so we can improve the development of our apps. I am actually doing a test now, and I hope I can pass this time.

@dankorox: Scope creep is very common, so you have to actively work against it. Using project management tools could help, but constantly reminding yourself what the actual goal is before starting to work on something (and have the goal written down somewhere for reference) should help a big deal
