Hey, this is Jonathan with Limitless Spineset, and this video is on overcoming the monotony of neutropic supplementation with neutropic adaptogenic herbal performance enhancing keys. So if you're a biohacker, you've, I'm sure, had this kind of experience where you... Either you take your neutropics or your supplements as capsules or as like white powders. And at first, this is kind of like exciting and a novel experience. But after you've been a biohacker for like years or decades, it gets pretty boring and repetitive to just be shoveling capsules or various white powders into your gaping mawap. all day long, because they all, all capsules, they kind of taste the same, all of those white neutropic powders, they all kind of taste equally unpleasant, right? And over time, you'll get bored of it. What I'll suggest is that you... Mix things up a little bit by taking your neutropics as herbal adaptogens. So, when you think about the things that biohackers are looking for, the kind of, you know, performance enhancement that they're looking for, a lot of these kind of benefits are offered by high quality... herbs and specifically adaptogens. If you haven't already check out my videos on the adaptogens. And so what I do to make things interesting is because I enjoy beverages. I enjoy sipping on some kind of beverage pretty much all day long, every day. So what I do is I just make tea out of these powdered herbs and they're natural organic. powdered things that come out of the earth, and most of them, they don't quite taste like 7-Up. 7-Up was my favorite soda when I was a little kid. They're not quite as good as 7-Up, but most of them, they don't taste, they don't taste bad at all. So, for example, here, this is epimidium, aka horny goatweed, so this is just kind of a, it's like a testosterone booster. It's... not really a nutropic in a sense that, like, the racetams are, where it's going to make you more focused and really help your memory, but it's just something that adds to maintenance of healthy testosterone levels. So, I'll add some of that to my tea here, and it kind of just has, like, a nice, earthy taste. It, to me... To me, it tastes a little bit like crotum, but don't worry, YouTube censors. I'm not talking about crotum. This video contains no crotum. Please, please don't censor my YouTube channel again. Okay, so, oh, I probably don't need quite that much, because I'll have some later. It's date night. Okay, so add a little bit of that, and then... Also, some ginkgo. Like Dr. Daniel Amon said, the prettiest brains are the brains of people that take some ginkgo regularly. I'm not really worried about coming down with Alzheimer's next week, so I don't, I don't take much ginkgo, but a little, it's one of the most ginkgo, but a little, it's one of the most efficacious nutraceuticals for maintaining the mind, maintaining the memory. And I've been using it for about five months, five, six months now. And I think I've noticed probably a little bit of an uptick in long-term memory, but it hasn't drastically changed. So these are, these sort of things are like, They're like oil change biohacks. They're, you know, if you change your oil on your car, you're not going to get, like, an extra 40 horsepower. You're not going to get some real hardcore performance enhancement, but you just do it because it's a responsible ownership of a human body kind of thing to do. And then I'll show you some other things that I've got here. Also, I like ginseng tea. So you have hopefully checked out some things about PanX ginseng. Panx ginseng, really fascinating, nutraceutical. You know, there's, there's, it's not. completely just due to superstition that you have, like, Chinese billionaires paying like a quarter million dollars for a root of really good ginseng. Jinseng is a thing that it has really good long-term benefits to the body and the mind. So I'll have... I'll have, like, you know, maybe once a day, I'll have a spot of that ginsengi tea. And especially ginsengue, bologna, those two things are a cocktail for empowerment of the mind and the body and general, like human vitality that goes back for thousands of years. And so you can see, like, you'll... listen to and hear from biohackers and researchers like me that are talking about, like, that there's all these hundreds of different health supplements and smart drugs and neutropics that have all these good benefits for you, and you're like, geez, am I supposed to take, like, all of those things all day long? And, no, not really. You don't need to make it quite that complicated, but these herbs are... just all upside and they're just good general maintenance type things of your health. And so I think, so what I do is I'll have, probably, you know, I like to drink tea. I probably drink like 8 to 12 cups of tea a day, because hydration is important, right? So I'm drinking all day. I've got like a nice... natural spring that's about a seven-minute walk away from where I live, so I just stop by there every day, and I fill up my San Pellegrano bottles with the natural spring water that's from there, and then I've got some good fluids flowing, flowing through me. 24-7, pretty much, right? Some other things, so I found some Ashwaganda. You guys know, Ashwaganda is like... It plays a really pivotal role in the life of the high performer. Because all day long, from, like, sunup to sundown, and a lot of times in a couple of hours bracketing, either sunup or sundown, you're hustling, you're working hard, right? You're really going for things. And then you actually want to sleep, you know, you want to work hard, play hard, and also relax hard, right? And so that's where Ashwaganda comes in. And It can, it's kind of pricey when you get it in the capsule form, and there's a real savings. I mean, this is like a nice little package of Oshuaganda. This will probably last me, like, three months, and it came out to eight Lava, which is like, that's like five bucks in powdered form. That's, that's pretty good. And I've also got a couple of other things. I've got some red maca here. Maka, I don't know that much about it. I haven't researched it as thoroughly as some other things, but it's a general, I think it's an antioxidant, and it's like a libido enhancer. I haven't been able to notice some real big differences. It says that it's an energy booster, but I really haven't noticed that a whole lot. What I do usually, though, is I combine the red maca with some chaga, which is regarded as like the neutropic mushroom. But again, it's not quite a neotropic in the same sense that... Paracetam or modafinil is, but what I like to do is I combine these together in my coffee. I put them in my coffee, and they add a really nice taste to the coffee, and it's, you know, add just further health benefits to it. And then also mentioned, oh, I got a little bit of cacao here, and so... What I'll do is I like to drink green tea. I drink a lot of green tea. In fact, what I do a lot of the times is I will combine these things with the green tea. Because green tea has all those other, has all these anti-cancer benefits for you. It has benefits in fat burning. And then the green tea, it also has a bit of that el-thene in it, which has a... anxiolytic effect without bringing you down it puts you into a state of if you're if you're searching for that quintessential like flow state kind of headspace of relaxed arousal green tea is really copacetic for that, because it has the elthianine, which just makes you a bit more relaxed. So if you're like me, and like yesterday, I did a half capsule or a half pill of modafinil. So the whole day I was like really focused, really focused, like click, click, click, click, pet, type, tap, got to make money, got to make money, got to make money, you know, like a robot. And that kind of headspace will I don't know, it wears on you a bit. Some people find it overstimulating. I kind of like it, but I drink green tea to kind of just take the edge off of that. And so I'll add a little bit of the cacao to that. What was it? There was the guy, the flow grade guy. There's a real knowledgeable German guy, and he was talking about how cacao introduces a special... biological agent that just makes you a bit more able to get into that classic flow state. So I would encourage you if you've gotten a bit bored of all of the capsules and all the powders and check out my cabin in here. Look at all those capsules and all those things. Someone watching might raise the objection. Okay, Jonathan, so you're drinking water all day long. and you're, uh, putting, you're consuming these things all day long. Is there, is there a downside to that? And, like, are you putting too much, uh, too much, uh, like, load on your, uh, body to process, all these things? No, not really. Actually, most of these adaptogens that I'm taking are... kidney and liver tonics. So they are good for, they restore and, you know, help with the function and the maintenance of your organs that are processing everything that you put into your body. Someone might also say, you know, hey, is it really good to be, like, consuming liquids all day long? And the evidence that I've seen is that... Yeah, it's pretty okay to consume liquids all day long. The only thing that I've heard is that what you, it's a good idea to, if you are consuming a lot of liquids, just do a little bit of supplementation of zinc and magnesium. These are two things, these are, you know, two really prolific nutrients in the body. And if you're consuming a ton... of supplements, if you're putting a lot of things in your body, or a lot of liquids in your body, it's maybe a good idea to just supplement those a little bit so that they don't get flushed out. And someone else might say, wait a minute, Jonathan, just saying you're like going pee all the time because you're drinking all the time. And I've also, in this area, what I do is I've kind of trained myself to hold it. Hold it. to hold it in. And to, with your, you can, your bladder is a muscle just like anything else. And if you accustom your body to holding it a little bit longer than your muscle, your, your bladder muscle down there, is going to grow a bit stronger. And I have pretty good reason to believe that this is actually something of a, of a sex hack, that over time, It builds the periococcus muscle, which is, that's a good thing. It means more pleasure for him. And for her, it prevents, I think, prostate cancer. Also, but I'm not, I don't have a reference for you. I'm not sure about that. But if you can accustom yourself over time, and typically, I'll go to the bathroom, I think, like, 3, maybe 4 times a day, seems, you know, seems within the ordinary range, right? So if you've gotten a bit bored of dosing all of all of those kind of things, and you want to, you know, make sure that you stay really hydrated all day, what I'll do, I will link below this video to, to, like, to like, like five or ten different herbal, powdered types of neutropics and herbs, and you can just go and pick those up, and then just kind of stick those in your cabinet next to where, next to in your kitchen, next to wherever you make your tea, and then just kind of sip on those every day and enjoy. Again, I'm Jonathan of Limitless Mindset. Looking forward to a continued conversation with you.
