@jesuslnrs: I love that you are serious about making videos to teach others to train their bodies properly and I also appreciate that you take the time to dedicate a full video for the ladies, I applaud your willingness. Today I just want to suggest that you work on the sound of your audio visual, there is little to understand you, I don't know if a microphone, get a little closer to the camera or speak a little louder.
