Hello! Welcome to another chaotic rambles with yours truly. If you still don't know me. I'm Eliana. I remember other kind of vlogs that I would watch. And even myself, my own vlogs, I would start with something like, I'm Eliana. Or welcome to the CTPBP update. Hello, awesome people. Welcome to another CTPVP updates in another live that I would start like that. This started chaotic. How was you weak? My week was okay. Did my normal CrossFit trainings. I went all week Monday to Saturday and did two runs. Sorry about the noise outside. I did to run. I went to CrossFit all week. And the good thing that I do, like, daily stories on Instagram, I'm going down. What did I do during the week? I get lost sometimes, but on Monday. David had to do his annual craft for Halloween. So the good thing of this color, since he is in kindergarten, they always show up, they always present the two sides of events. in this time. So either, in this case, for English nowadays, it's Halloween, and for the main school, for the main event is Pau-Po-Deus, which is like a Christian... event, similar, very similar to Halloween, but instead of candy, it's like fruits or nuts and something that people have to give. Halloween is something, they go door to door, ask for pan, bread for God. directly translating maybe for people who are religious and such, probably outside Portugal, there's something similar. I think it's a Portuguese event. The Pompardieu show the similar thing, even though it's pagan, it's Halloween. So... The English teachers always ask every year for something, craft with recycled items, something. He already did an umbrella with bats. He did a shoe, a bat shoe. We did a bat shoe. I use one of my shoes and turned into a bath. We made a house, a haunted house last year. This year was a broom. So I'll try to edit this video and put a picture somewhere. So for you to see. So it's always good to have these kinds of things to do at home. I do my best to get some time to be with him so we can build together. So we made the broom out of carton. and the carton from the eggs. And I had like a package from Amazon, it was like paper, that brownish recycled paper and cut some stripes, so I did the end of the broom. Hot glue altogether. So there's a broom completely recycled. and he was happy with it. We painted in brown and orange. The good thing of my paint my numbers hobby, I always have a lot of acrylic painting, so I kept those so we can use on that. So, yeah, there's a broom. And I'm trying to remember what I did. So the rest of the week was mostly CrossFit training. I've been training, so I've been trying to do the jump box. That's the thing that I have feared the most at the moment is jumping on a box. I know it sounds silly. But in my mind is difficult. It's like doing the handstand. They say headstand is more difficult than jumping on a box. And I completely understand. But since now I lost the fear of doing the handstand and I do the handstand more freely now with more ease. But I can't jump on a box. It's crazy, I know, but I'm trying to, the people around me, the girls are such a good supporter, they've been helping me, giving the hand, so I can jump. I can jump with help, but I cannot jump on my own yet. So I've been practicing that. I've been practicing keeping, keeping, keeping it's on the bar. you hang yourself on a bar and do like movements like so, but with your legs as well. So it's a shoulder movement. So I can swing in a, like a swing, but more freely, so I can manage one day to touch my toes on a bar. I cannot even do a pull-up yet. no less than a toast-to-bar thing, but we need to practice. So that's the things I've been practicing. Besides doing the workout, I've been practicing those. So, yeah, it's been a difficult week, a very strong week with lots of lunges. My knees! But I've been managing doing the runnings with the Crossweek training, so the knees are handling it somehow. They have to, if I want to keep up with this crazy lifestyle. Other than that, um... The end of the week went a little bit down for me. I don't know if you remember me talking about my demons, who doesn't have, everyone has their own demons in their heads. I have a lot of them bullying me, but since I've been doing CrossFit or keep doing some kind of movement, those are, those kind of movements kept been keeping my demons busy or shut down, but sometimes they come out to play, and something went a little bit not so good for me, and I start to, they start to come out and talk a lot and scream, and it enters on a spiral. And I know it's all okay. I apologize. I need to, it ended. I know there's nothing more I can do. I cannot control the past. I cannot control the future, but I can control the now. And sometimes it's not easy, control these little buggers in my head. And I know what to do, but it sometimes is difficult to shut down. It's one of those things that I, then I remember, I need professional psychological help to help me turn off this. But I prefer... I prefer... do the jumping, the box jumpers or do the handstands, then seeking. It's not that I don't want to seek professional help, but it's not, it's an investment. It's an important investment, but money is cutting short. So, therapy for therapy. I prefer the CrossFit therapy. But eventually, I want to seek a professional psychological help one day. So please, if you are in a similar position, don't be scared, don't be afraid, don't be embarrassed to seek professional help. It's an investment for you. Don't follow what I do. follow what I say. Anyway, but I'm better. Today is Friday for me. I'm going to rest, get back to my training, a new week is coming, and yeah, that's all for me for now. 10 minutes of rambling if you reach the end of this. Thank you so much for listening and bearing, bearing me with my chaos. I love my chaos anyway. I'll see you on the next one. Bye.
