Video#7. Ejercicios con banda elástica./ Exercises with elastic band.

Dear friends of Hive, today I bring you a new routine with a new tool that we will be using in upcoming presentations. It is about the elastic band.

The elastic band is used for strength training and usually for physiotherapy for muscle injuries. Among the exercises that we can practice with this implement are: squats, pectoral, dorsal, biceps, triceps and deltoids.

It is very important friends to know that with the large number of exercises that we can perform with this tool and being very disciplined, we will be able to tone all parts of our body and not only that but also achieve greater endurance and strength in our muscles.
