    Dear friends of #foodiesbeehive , today I bring you a simple and quick recipe to make: vanilla torticas. As I have told you in other posts, at home you can not miss the sweet. Although this weekend I made rice pudding, today I wanted to please my husband and my son by making some delicious little vanilla torticas. They are easy and quick to make, it will only take you 15 minutes. Below, I will tell you the materials I used and how I went about making this quick and delicious sweet treat.
    Materials:

    • 280g wheat flour.
    • 79g butter.
    • 140g of sugar.
    • 1 tablespoon vanilla.

    Queridos amigos de #foodiesbeehive , hoy les traigo una receta sencilla y rápida de elaborar: torticas de vainilla. Como les he comentado en otras publicaciones, en casa no puede faltar el dulce. Aunque este fin de semana hice arroz con leche, hoy quise complacer a mi esposo y a mi hijo haciéndoles unas deliciosas y pequeñas torticas de vainilla. Son fáciles y rápidas de hacer, solo te tomará 15 minutos. A continuación, les diré los materiales que utilicé y cómo fui elaborando este rápido y delicioso dulce.
    Materiales:

    • 280g de harina de trigo.
    • 79g de mantequilla.
    • 140g de azúcar.
    • 1 cucharada de vainilla.

    The first thing I did was to add the sugar and butter in a bowl.

    Lo primero que hice fue agregar el azúcar y la mantequilla en un recipiente.

    I mixed them with a wooden paddle until the two ingredients were well incorporated.

    Los mezclé con una paleta de madera hasta que los dos ingredientes estuvieran bien incorporados.

    Then, I added the 280g of flour, previously sifted, little by little, while using the paddle to mix it with the butter and sugar.

    Después, fui incorporando los 280g de harina, previamente tamizada, poco a poco, mientras con la paleta los iba uniendo con la mantequilla y el azúcar.

    Finally, I added the vanilla.

    Por último, agregué la vainilla.

    I began to knead until all the ingredients were well incorporated and the dough sank slightly when pressed with my finger.

    Comencé a amasar hasta que todos los ingredientes estuvieran bien incorporados y la masa se hundiera ligeramente al presionar con el dedo.

    Then, I rolled out the dough with a rolling pin and cut the torticas with a mold.

    Luego, extendí la masa con un rodillo y con un molde corté las torticas.

    I removed the excess dough and placed them in a baking dish. I baked them in the oven at 320°F for 15 minutes.

    Retiré el exceso de masa y las coloqué en una bandeja refractaria. Las llevé al horno a 320°F durante 15 minutos.

    And ready, I took them out of the oven, waited for them to cool and enjoyed these delicious torticas!

    Y listo, las saqué del horno, esperé a que se enfriaran y ¡a disfrutar de estas deliciosas torticas!
