    Maíz tierno
    Carne de cochino.
    Cebolla morada
    Ajo
    Ajo porro
    Ají
    Orégano de pizza
    Sal

Dear friends of this rich and delicious food community, today I am here with you to show you a traditional dish from my beloved land (Cuba).
Next, I will show you the ingredients and step by step how to make it.
    Use the following ingredients.
    Tender corn
    Pork meat.
    Purple onion
    Garlic
    Garlic
    Chili
    Pizza oregano
    Salt

The first thing I did was to separate the leaves from the cob, being very careful not to break them, since I have to use them later to make my tamales.

I remove the grains from each cob with the help of a knife.

Once the grains are ready, I put them in the blender and grind them, to get this pulp that I show you here.

Having my corn ready, I prepare the pork meat that I will add to the mixture, I chop it in small squares, just add a little salt and fry it, without adding anything else since pork meat has its own flavor.

Once the pork is ready, we chop the spices, garlic is the first to be added, then the garlic, then the onion and the chili, and finally, a little oregano, all the seasonings are fried with the fat that the pork meat has released.

When the sofrito is ready, add the pork meat and little by little the corn mash, add salt to taste.

Once the mixture is ready, we start to assemble the tamales with the leaves, for this we take the smallest leaves and cut them into strips which we tie in the center, with these strips we tie the tamales after assembly.

Fold the husk as if it were a container and add the corn with a spoon, preferably plastic or wooden spoon.

We take another leaf and saw our tamale and with the strips that we previously tied our tamale so that they do not open.

From the moment we start to assemble the tamales we put a large pot with water to heat, where we will put them later.
After placing them in the hot water, we wait thirty minutes and you will notice if they are ready because the color of the leaf changes from greenish to yellow and the smell is unbeatable.

Well, cool down a bit and you are ready to enjoy a delicious Cuban tamale.
