BATIDO ESMERALDA PARA BAJAR DE PESO Y APORTAR ENERGIA.🍃/ EMERALD SHAKE FOR WEIGHT LOSS AND ENERGY.

Hola querida comunidad les quiero compartir mi primer video en 3speak! Espero les guste mucho y les ayude a motivarse a mejorar su vida.💪🏼😘

***Para iniciar con este post les cuento un poco de mi historia.❤️ ***

Mi vida se basaba solamente en cuidar a mi familia y trabajar para ellos. Viendo que estaba subiendo mucho de peso y me sentí muy cansada, desmotivada y agotada ya que hasta tenía dolores en las articulaciones y me costaba a veces hasta levantarme.

Siempre eh Sido muy espiritual y le pido a Dios que guíe, que me dé sabiduría para llegar a estar donde quiero. Es por eso que investigando y hablando con amigas tome la decisión de amarme, cuidarme y motivarme en todos los sentidos, comencé haciendo un entrenamiento de una hora por las tardes un día de bailoterapia, una día de cardio, un día de aerobic y aquagim seguido de ello en las mañanas me preparo este batido Esmeralda el cuál lleva por ingredientes perejil, la mitad de un limon, una pequeña cantidad de jengibre, la mitad de un pepino( sin corteza), apio España y un vaso de te verde, despues de licuarlo lo tomo en ayunas.

Este preparado me aporta energía, limpia el colon ya que todos los ingredientes son antiinflamatorios, regula el azúcar en la sangre, mejora el estreñimiento, ayuda a bajar de peso y rejuvenece. Lo tomo por una semana y luego la siguiente semana tomo el batido Ruby (rojo) el cuál les estaré mostrando el el próximo post. 🍹🍃

Hello dear community I want to share with you my first video on 3speak! I hope you like it a lot and it will help you to motivate you to improve your life.💪🏼😘

To start with this post I will tell you a little bit of my story. ❤️

My life was based solely on taking care of my family and working for them. Seeing that I was gaining a lot of weight and I felt very tired, unmotivated and exhausted since I even had pain in my joints and sometimes it was hard for me to even get up.

I have always been very spiritual and I ask God to guide me, to give me wisdom to get to where I want to be. That is why researching and talking with friends I made the decision to love me, take care of me and motivate me in every way, I started doing a one hour workout in the afternoons a day of dance therapy, a day of cardio, a day of aerobics and aquagym followed by this in the mornings I prepare this smoothie Esmeralda which has the ingredients parsley, half a lemon, a small amount of ginger, half a cucumber (without peel), celery Spain and a glass of green tea, after blending it I drink it on an empty stomach.

This shake gives me energy, cleanses the colon as all the ingredients are anti-inflammatory, regulates blood sugar, improves constipation, helps me lose weight and rejuvenates. I take it for a week and then the following week I take the Ruby (red) smoothie which I will be showing you in the next post. 🍹🍃
