Hello lions of leofinance, and hivians. As part of my submission to the leofinance adoption campaign, I will be talking about the tera blockchain in this video. The terra blockchain like bitcoin and Ethereum blockchains is a standalone blockchain that deals with stablecoins and is a payment platform.
Terra unfortunately crashed in May last year with a lot of speculations as to why that happened. The reason everyone seems to agree with is the Anchor borrowing and lending platform that involved giving huge returns to users that lended their UST to the protocol.
Big investors tried to take advantage and people who already made huge profits took their profits. This caused the price of Terra to go down and LUNA followed suit.
