Newbies Task 4 - A Commentary On How Ecency Dapp Helped My Hive Progress

Hi guys, it feels good to be finally using 3speak. I must admit I had some difficulties uploading my video but that’s part of the learning process.

It’s actually my first time doing a recording so forgive me for my inconsistencies.

This is my submission to the newbies initiative task 4; an introduction to dApps. The lesson was conducted by @starstrings01 and @vickoly and I must admit they did justice to the topic.

I spoke about in the video how ecency helped me when I first signed up for hive and some of the features I like. I like that ecency is a user dapp. I didn’t need tutoring as I found it easy navigating.

I also like the boosting aspect of things which encourages people to keep voting.

I spoke about how I would like that converting hbd to hive be reduced to immediate instead of 3.5 days.

I am also quite conversant with using other dApps like Leo finance, neoxian city and peakd.
