Hello, dear community, wishing you God's rich and abundant blessings, it is my pleasure to share with you again a routine of head, trunk and limbs stretching exercises for Seniors.
Como siempre lo he dicho el deporte es vida, por eso es sumamente importante realizarlo constantemente para gozar de buenas condiciones de salud. El ejercicio no sólo servirá para vernos bien sino también nos ayudará a mantener nuestros cuerpos saludables.
As I have always said, sport is life, that is why it is extremely important to do it constantly in order to enjoy good health conditions. Exercise will not only help us to look good but it will also help us to keep our bodies healthy.
Exercise Routine
De manera lateral llevo mi oreja al hombro derecho y con la mano derecha flexiono mi cabeza y la llevo a dirección de mi hombro
Sideways I bring my ear to my right shoulder and with my right hand I flex my head and bring it towards my shoulder.
Then I bring the tip of my nose to my chest, then I tilt my head forward and with my hand I bend my head so that I can stick my nose to my chest.
I bring my nose to my chest and with both hands I push my head forward.
I interlock my hands and raise and fold it on one side.
