Happy Saturday, hoping you are well, We continue exercising in order to improve our physical, mental and emotional health. Today we will perform six simple exercises which will help us to fill us with energy and vitality. This routine is designed to strengthen the legs and abdomen. In addition to gain strength, increase muscle mass, tone, have greater endurance and improve balance by strengthening our legs and abdomen.
