Nuevo Equipo... Pensando en Tí. Hoy regresamos, por supuesto con un material deportivo fitness. Sin embargo, no vamos a realizar ejercicios, sino que vamos a demostrar el nuevo equipo que hemos adquirido para el disfrute de futuros entrenamientos. Quiero que sepan que esto es para ustedes, porque de nada sirve que yo me ponga como loco a ejercitar, sin la mínima delicadeza de transmitirles todos mis conocimientos. La idea es que todos entrenen junto a mi, porque mi mayor deseo es que siempre estén activos, motivados y con mucha energía; ese es el deber ser de todo esto, ustedes son mi inspiración, y a ustedes me debo. Por ello, quedarse atrás es imposible, debo seguir adelante, e innovando para que todo mi público esté satisfecho.

New Team... Thinking of You. Today we are back, of course with sports fitness equipment. However, we are not going to exercise, we are going to demonstrate the new equipment we have acquired for the enjoyment of future workouts. I want you to know that this is for you, because there is no point in me going crazy about working out, without the slightest delicacy to pass on all my knowledge to you. The idea is that you all train with me, because my greatest wish is that you are always active, motivated and with a lot of energy; that is the duty of all this, you are my inspiration, and I owe myself to you. Therefore, to stay behind is impossible, I must keep moving forward, and innovating so that all my audience is satisfied.

Todo esto ocurrió, ya que mi banda de resistencia anterior llego a su fin, se rompió. En tal sentido, me di a la tarea de buscar un reemplazo, por lo que visité varios establecimientos comerciales. La búsqueda culminó en el Centro Comercial Hipergalerías, aquí en Cumaná estado Sucre Venezuela, donde pude encontrar un excelente producto, un set de bandas fabulosas con otros equipos que la componen. Son 3 bandas de diferente resistencia, las cuales podemos usar en variadas rutinas de ejercicios, movimientos que en próximos capítulos les llevaré a cabo. Debo decirles, que este grupo de bandas es genial, por lo me para saber más, los invito a disfrutar del siguiente #video, y así conozcan en detalle el funcionamientos de las mismas, y las características del resto del equipo.

Con ellas podemos desarrollar y fortalecer todos los músculos corporales, pero no les digo más. ¡Ah!, no podemos dejar de lado a nuestra madre #hive, quien nos permite día a día alcanzar nuestros objetivos y sueños. All this happened because my previous resistance band came to an end, it broke. In that sense, I set myself the task of looking for a replacement, so I visited several commercial establishments. The search culminated in the Hipergalerías Shopping Center, here in Cumaná state Sucre Venezuela, where I was able to find an excellent product, a set of fabulous bands with other equipment that compose it. They are 3 bands of different resistance, which we can use in various exercise routines, movements that in future chapters I will carry out.
