Street Workout SWC Today I come to bring you the famous song challenge made by my friend @milagroscdlrr in which she proposed to all of us as a challenge to do this. It consists of choosing a song that lasts 2 to 3 minutes or more.
Este reto consiste en durar el máximo tiempo posible y llevar tu cuerpo al limite, si no es así no tendría sentido. No fue fácil durar 4.32 minutos pero lo logre jajaja la verdad yo pensé que no iba a llegar porque ya al minuto 2 esta temblando y sufriendo mucho, pero lo logre. Solo quiero volver a retar a la que hizo este reto @milagroscdlrr a ver si me puede superar y todo aquel que me quiera superar bienvenido sea.
This challenge is about lasting as long as possible and pushing your body to the limit, otherwise there would be no point. It wasn't easy to last 4.32 minutes but I did it hahaha the truth is I thought I wasn't going to make it because at minute 2 I was shaking and suffering a lot, but I made it. I just want to go back to challenge the one who made this challenge @milagroscdlrr to see if she can beat me and anyone who wants to beat me is welcome.
