    Saludos queridos amigos de la comunidad Street Workout Community el día de hoy me propuse a traerles una rutina especialmente de bíceps y espalda con la cual te mostrare algunos ejercicios de peso corporal que puedes implementar en tu rutina de entrenamiento.

    • Hoy te mostrare una muy buena rutina de peso corporal para Espalda y Bíceps

    • El primero ejercicio será el mas duro: Wide Pull ups + 1 one arm pull up exccentric

    • Si es demasiado difícil puedes ayudarte con la otra mano

    • No te preocupes por la rutina, todos los demás ejercicios serán mas fáciles.

    • 3 series por ejercicio 60-90" segundos de descanso entre series.

    • ¡Comencemos!

    Explanation:
    • Today I will show you a very good bodyweight routine for Back and Biceps.

    • The first exercise will be the hardest one: Wide Pull ups + 1 one arm pull up eccentric

    • If it's too hard you can help yourself with the other hand.

    • Don't worry about the routine, all the other exercises will be easier.

    • 3 sets per exercise 60-90" seconds rest between sets.

    • Let's get started!

    • Sugiero entrenar 2 veces por semana si es posible alternado una sesión de empuje y tirón durante la semana.

    • Solo asegúrese de recuperarse adecuadamente entre los entrenamiento.
