Hola comunidad de full deporte en este video y post quiero hablarles de las montañas que se encuentran en mí ciudad y es que literalmente no más saliendo que casa podrán ver una cuesta o subida empinada la cual de una de deja cansada, recuerdo que cuando salía en bici antes al trabajo subí super rápido esa cuesta esta vez llevaba meses sin tocar mi caballito de acero por cuestiones de salud, pero ya me e sentido mejor entonces quiero retomar la bici hacer mis vueltas en la bicicleta, pues es algo que me llena de vida, realmente Colombia o por lo menos Cúcuta es un país o cuidad usado por los altos atletas de ciclismo para escaladores, pues hay pendientes casi de noventa grados, en pocas palabras el agua sube con sed a estas montañas jajaja la verdad cuando sales en bici superas una subida tremenda te crees con superpoderes, pues no muchas personas tienen la energía y resistencia para hacerlo por ello me encanta retarme y lograr hacer este tipo de cosas, también poder salir con mi perrita me motivo mucho ella no se quiere despegar de mí o yo de ella ya ni sé, se quedaba quieta en su bolso y miraba el paisaje gracias a su tamaño, también llevábamos agua, pues salimos a eso de las diez de la mañana y porque andaba el clima sin sol a pensar que en Cúcuta es sol casi siempre estos días ha estado los días nublados los cuales son los hermosos para salir a andar en la super bici, cada vez que se baja una cuesta es mágico, pues sientes que descansas el alma y todo se pone en orden tus piernas descansan un poco y el sudor se seca con el viento que golpea con más fuerza, es un beneficio super grandes poder tener la oportunidad de subirse a una bicicleta y pedalear a veces se nos olvida lo ricos que somos aún solo con estas cosas, muchas gracias por llegar hasta aquí besos y éxitos hasta la próxima
