    Espero que estén muy activos con las rutinas 😁. Por acá les traigo unos ejercicios de calentamiento que pueden realizar en casa antes de su rutina muscular.

    I hope you are very active with the routines 😁. Over here I bring you some warm up exercises that you can do at home before your muscle routine

    A veces por pereza, falta de tiempo o por desmotivación olvidamos calentar y es importante tener en cuenta que el calentamiento es esencial para preparar a nuestros músculos y articulaciones y así evitar lesiones 👀

    Sometimes due to laziness, lack of time or lack of motivation we forget to warm up and it is important to keep in mind that warming up is essential to prepare our muscles and joints and thus avoid injuries 👀.

    Te invito a realizar esta breve rutina que no te tomará más de 10 minutos. Así que comencemos con toda la actitud!! 💪

    I invite you to perform this short routine that will take you no more than 10 minutes. So let's get started with all the attitude!!! 💪

    Indicaciones ✅ / Indications

    Repetir el circuito 3 vecesRepeat the circuit 3 times

    🏋️‍♀️12 codo-rodilla de cada lado. Eleva la rodilla lo suficiente
    🏋 10 talones a glúteos de cada lado (20 en total) para calentar rodillas y piernas
    🏋️‍♀️ 20 giros de cadera. Gira lo más que puedas controlando el movimiento y detalla la posición de los pies.
    🏋 20 aperturas de brazos (vuelta al 🌎) y baja en sentadilla para calentar los glúteos

    🏋️12 elbow-knee on each side. Raise the knee high enough.
    🏋10 heels to glutes on each side (20 total) to warm up knees and legs.
    🏋️20 hip swivels. Twist as far as you can controlling the movement and detail the position of the feet.
    🏋20 arm openers (back to the 🌎) and lower into squat to warm up the glutes.

    Espero que les guste y puedan aplicarla antes de que vayan a hacer sus rutinas funcionales o con pesas que suelen hacer habitualmente. Proximamente les subiré una rutina de estiramientos para culminar el entrenamiento de la mejor manera y relajar los músculos.

    I hope you like it and you can apply it before you go to do your functional routines or with weights that you usually do. Soon I will upload a stretching routine to finish the workout in the best way and relax the muscles.
