Pan Tandoori Momos Recipe | तंदूरी मोमो | Easy Tandoori Momo Recipe by Richa Singh
Tandoori momos is a great fusion of classic momos and tandoori tadka. Who doesn’t love momos? Momos is love. And making momos at home could be so simple, who knew that? One can make the yummiest tandoori momos with exactly the same taste as we get in market. Marinated steemed momos, tossed on pan and infused with charcoal fumes, sounds heavenly. To get the proper market like taste, I used Maida but for those who are diet conscious and don’t prefer maida, go for a wheat dough. Let’s see how we can make yo momos, yummiest ever, at home. These are steamed in Microwave but you can use a steamer too. Also, please note that the smoky or tandoori flavor was achieved by using charcoal and ghee. You can choose fill it with Non-Veg like Chicken or Pork if you want. I have used only vegetables.
STUFFING ⬇️
Finely chopped
Carrot - 1
Cabbage -1
Garlic - 3-4
Corriender leaves - 2 TBSP
Crushed Black pepper - 1/2 TSP
Salt to taste
Oil - 1 TBSP
Onion - 1 Big
DOUGH ⬇️
Whole wheat flour- 1 and half cup
Oil- 1 TBSP
Salt- half TBSP
MARINATION ⬇️
Curd -3-4 spoon
Red chilli- 1/2 TSP
Turmeric powder- 1/2 TSP
Garam masala- 1/2 TSP
Lemon juice- 1/2 TSP
Kasoori methi - 1/2 TSP
Salt to taste
Ginger garlic paste - 1/2 TSP
Oil- 1/2 TSP
