I would visit Urama a thousand times if possible, even though my favorite places are the mountains. However, the town of Urama contains magic that attracts me, well not only Urama, but all the towns of the coast of La Guaira have also fascinated me. Getting to know La Sabana, Caruao and Chuspa are on my wish list.

Visitaría Urama mil veces si fuera posible, aunque mis parajes favoritos sean la montaña. Sin embargo, el pueblo de Urama contiene una magia que me atrae, bueno no solo Urama, todos los pueblos de la Costa de La Guaira me tienen fascinado. Conocer La sabana, Caruao y Chuspa están ahí guardados en mis ganas.

On this trip, I failed to mention that I did some research on the history of Urama by word of mouth with the locals. I confirmed my suspicions, the town is recent, previously it was a small hamlet that grew to what it is today.

En este viaje me faltó mencionar que investigué un poco la historia de Urama de boca a boca con los lugareños. Confirme mis sospechas, el pueblo es reciente, anteriormente era un pequeño caserío que fue creciendo hasta lo que es hoy.

Differences between Todasana and Urama

I talk about this topic because I have been able to see both towns, as well as realize the differences of each one and that they are 30 minutes away on foot, in a vehicle in only 8 minutes you are there.

Anyway, the differences are that Urama sells itself more visually and touristically. It has recreational spaces such as kayaking, a beautiful beach with a cave where they do various activities from camping, birthdays, maybe weddings (It is a good place for one), etc... Another detail is that the inns are another level of comfort.

Hablo de este tema porque he podido ver ambos pueblos, así como darme cuenta de las diferencias de cada uno y eso que están a 30 minutos de camino a pie, en vehículo en solo 8 minutos estás ahí.
En fin, las diferencias es que Urama se vende más visualmente y turísticamente. Tiene espacios recreativos como prácticas de kayak, una hermosa playa con cueva donde realizan diversas actividades desde camping, cumpleaños, puede que bodas (Es un buen lugar para uno), etc. Otro detalle es que las posadas son otro nivel de comodidad.

Todasana is much more of a village. Of course, it has more life than Urama, as you can walk around at midnight and you will hear a party in the streets. Of course, Todasana is much bigger than Urama, it's not just the houses near the square. The other factor is that there are more locals, plus they have a point of sale, and the prices are more affordable than Urama. The few inns in Todasana may not be as luxurious, but they will be economical for the pocket. Another thing is that the beach of Todasana is not so well used because it has stones instead of sand, the real attraction is the river.

Todasana es mucho más pueblo. Eso sí, tiene más vida que Urama, ya que puedes andar a medianoche y escucharás una fiesta en las calles. Claro, Todasana es mucho más grande que Urama, no solo son las casas que están cerca de la plaza. El otro factor es que hay más locales, además que cuentan con punto de venta, y los precios son más asequibles que los de Urama. Puede que las pocas posadas que haya en Todasana no sean tan lujosas, pero sí serán económicas para el bolsillo. Otra cosa es que la playa de Todasana no está tan aprovechada por tener piedras en vez de arena, el verdadero atractivo es el río.

As for Todasana, it is a town before Urama, as I said, 8 minutes by car and 30 minutes walking. Both towns are in the state of La Guaira, Venezuela.
