La rutina en si se ve facil, pero cuando estas haciendola empieza a swr dificil incluso yo tuve que tomar descansos entre series porque parece que no pero dependiendo de la altura a la que llegues la barra es mas dificil, mientras la pegues mas hacia abajo es mas dificil y si la podemos a que nos pegue a la altura de nuestro pecho es mucho mas facil y no estariamos trabajando los dorsale, por esto siempre es bueno informarse sobre cada ejercicio y su funcion.
The routine itself looks easy, but when you are doing it it starts to get difficult, even I had to take breaks between sets because it seems not but depending on the height you reach the bar it is more difficult, as long as you hit it further down it is more difficult and if we can make it hit us at the height of our chest it is much easier and we would not be working the dorsals, for this reason it is always good to inform yourself about each exercise and its function.
